Which data and why
Browsing. The site consists of static pages served by Cloudflare's infrastructure. Cloudflare receives the technical data needed to deliver and protect the pages (IP address, browser type, page requested, date and time) and processes it under its own privacy policy. The site does not use profiling cookies or traffic analytics that identify a person. Theme (light/dark) and language preferences are stored only in your browser (localStorage) and never leave your device. The infrastructure may set strictly technical security cookies.
Forms (contact, test bench, sealed envelopes). When you submit a form we collect what you write: name or pseudonym, a contact (email or Telegram username), the content of the message, idea or forecast, and the date and time of submission. Purposes: replying to your request; recording the idea or forecast with a certified date and time, as the service promises; publishing the verdict or ranking position with your name only if you authorise it in the form (otherwise under a pseudonym).
Legal basis. For replying to requests: pre-contractual steps taken at your request and your consent expressed via the form checkbox. For publishing your name: consent, which you can withdraw at any time. For site security and abuse prevention: the controller's legitimate interest.
For how long
Contact messages are kept for up to 24 months after the last exchange. Test bench ideas and sealed envelopes stay recorded for as long as the service exists, because a public record only makes sense if it is not erased: on request, the name is replaced by a pseudonym and the contact is deleted.
Who receives the data
Nobody, for commercial purposes. To run the site, data passes through Cloudflare, Inc. (page hosting, form reception and storage), acting as processor with servers also outside the European Union, on the basis of the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Internal form notifications reach the controller via Telegram. We do not sell or transfer data to third parties.
Your rights
You may at any time request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and portability, and withdraw the consent you gave (without affecting what was done before). Write to –. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it), or with your local supervisory authority.
Minors
The site and its services are not intended for people under 18.
